Define Your Spare Parts Inventory
MaintSmart makes it simple to define all of your spare parts inventory. Shortcuts abound such as duplicating common data items, mass copy of one plant's (or top-level entity) entire inventory to another plant or plants. MaintSmart associates spare parts with their equipment item or it associates parts with generic user defined part groups such as fasteners, screens, lubricants, etc. By grouping similar inventory parts its simple to locate them when needed.
The next major version of MaintSmart includes bar-code functionality.
MaintSmart allocates inventory (used) cost to the equipment item it was used on.
