Define Over 900 Top-Level Entities Each Containing It's Own Unique Equipment, Personnel, Departments, etc. With MaintSmart you may seperate data by top-level entity. What is a top-level entity? Perhaps some examples would best explain this term. Here are some possible examples of a top-level entity:

Most of the time MaintSmart users do not define more than one top-level entity, though we have users that have defined as many as 25 top-level entities as a way of isolating data stores for each buliding in a building maintenance operation. Each top-level entity contains departments(optional), equipment, personnel, inventory, etc. MaintSmart compartmentalizes data into top-level entities if needed.
